MY STORY

The Bio Recovery Hub is a result of my personal journey, and has become a testament to the importance of recovery and well-being. With nearly 30 years immersed in the challenging world of commercial diving, I bring a wealth of practical and life experience to this venture.

My story begins in the dynamic realm of the oil and gas industry, where I spent the last 26 years as a commercial saturation diver. The diverse and demanding nature of my work led me to various corners of the globe, but it was the last 18 years spent in the unforgiving waters of the North Sea that truly shaped my understanding of the human body and the necessity of effective recovery.

In the harsh environment of the North Sea, I witnessed firsthand the incredible resilience of the human body. Yet, I also recognized the toll that such conditions can take on one's physical and mental well-being. This realization became a catalyst for my journey towards prioritizing recovery not just as helpful tool, but as an intrinsic cornerstone for maintaining a healthy body, mind, and spirit.

Having encountered numerous challenges and pushing the limits of physical endurance, I stumbled upon the transformative practices of Wim Hof, known as "The Ice Man." Intrigued by the potential benefits, I immediately incorporated his cold water therapy into my daily routines. The profound impact on my recovery, resilience, and overall well-being became undeniable.

This personal revelation ignited the vision for The Bio Recovery Hub—a platform born out of the belief that everyone, regardless of their background, deserves access to the tools and knowledge for optimal recovery.
