Delivery & Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery:

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched inline with the manufacturer lead times. Please be aware that these may vary depending on manufacturer and product selection. If your order is arriving via courier we’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have any questions or concerns about the delivery of your shipment please contact us either by emailing us at info@thebiorecoveryhub.com

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. 
If you discover that an item has been damaged, please record this when signing for the delivery. If any item(s) do arrived damaged please send a brief description of the damage with clear photos of the packaging, the damaged item(s) and SKU code to info@thebiorecoveryhub.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
For all damaged sustained during transit it must be reported within 24 hrs else the claim will not be valid, all signs of external damage to packaging including but not limited to, dents, tears, holes and opened external packaging, must be reported within 24 hrs of signing for the package, and have accompanying video or photographic proof. Refunds & Returns:

Should you wish to exchange your product, we're here to assist you at The Bio Recovery Hub. Please be aware that as our valued customer, you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.

For products that remain in their original packaging and unboxed, you will be eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. However, if items have been unpacked, there will be a restocking charge, this will be in addition to the return shipping charge. This charge will vary depending on the supplier and the size of the item. The exact fee will be confirmed upon the product's return to our warehouse.

Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
